In a medical emergency, would you know what to do to help a family member, friend or co-worker? Join us for an American Red Cross -certified class in Standard First Aid. At Ability Communications & Training, we offer small classes in a relaxed setting, so that everyone who wants/needs personal attention can get it. By the way, there is an Adult CPR class the day before on Saturday May 10, beginning at 12:00 noon and ending at 4:00 (or 5:00 if you would also like to learn to operate an automated external defibrillator, or AED).
